General:
- All 10th grade students report to your assigned CAHSEE rooms at 7:45 am on Tuesday and Wednesday. Please bringtwo #2 pencils with you each day. No wireless devices will be allowed at any time during the testing period. (Laurence)
- The spring blood drive is Monday March 17. Sign up donate in room 214 or with a Key Club member. (McNulty)
- Come see “The Laramie Project” – a moving, unique piece that is important for everyone to see. The play covers the historic account of the murder of Matthew Shepard and makes a very powerful statement. Performances run through Sat. March 15. (Woods)
- The American Red Cross is looking for volunteers to help out this Saturday. For more info, please email cprvolunteer@paarc.org. (Johanson)
Clubs and Meetings:
- Gay-Straight Alliance meets Monday at lunch in room 33. All welcome. (Rivera)
College and Career:
Come learn more about Brown Ledge Gap Year on Monday, March 10th at 1:30 (6th period). This is a new gap-year program in which students are trained in video, audio and photography at our base near Burlington, Vermont. They then travel first to El Paso and then to New Orleans where they live together and do half-time community service or internships while making individual documentaries about stories they find in those cities.
