General:

1. This is the last week to enter Calliope’s poetry/short story contest. Cash prizes for all winners. Email entries to calliope.paly@gmail.com. (Sharp)
2. ASB officer applications are available online and in the SAO. (Mullins)
3. Tomorrow there will be a mandatory meeting in the SAO at lunch for all ASB president, vice president, treasurer, secretary, social commissioner and sports commissioner candidates. (Mullins)
4. On Wednesday there will be a mandatory meeting in the SAO at lunch for all class president and vice president candidates. (Mullins)
5. On Thursday there will be a mandatory meeting in the SAO at lunch for all candidates applying for appointed positions: ASB Communications Officer, PAUSD Board Rep, Spirit Commissioners and class site council reps. (Mullins)

Clubs and Meetings:

• Best Buddies meets at lunch tomorrow in P7. (Rivera)
• Math Club meets at lunch today in room 704. (Nangia)
• Plan Ahead. Work Experience meets tomorrow at 3:05 in room 309 or at Gunn at 6 p.m. in L-7. Guest speaker. (Gyves)
• The Gay-Straight Alliance will be commemorating the National Day of Silence tomorrow. If you would like to participate in this silent demonstration, please come out to the quad in the morning at 7:30 a.m. All staff and students are welcome.
